LEAN navigation, simplified
Moving around LEAN just got faster. Now you can reach every facility, report, asset, and event from one menu down the left side of the screen. The bar also keeps the facility you are working in pinned in view, so you always know which plant you are on.
The menu is grouped into sections, so the screen you want is where you expect it:
Global: Move between facilities and reports
Facility: Navigate to assets, events (downtime and quality), and facility settings.
Account: Easy access to the user profile, global settings, helpdesk, and logout.
From there, click the menu icon at the top left to collapse the bar to icons when you want more screen space, or expand it to show labels. Expand reports or assets to jump straight to a sub-page instead of clicking through intermediate screens.
Use a single cause across a whole production line
When one asset on a production line stops, it usually stops the rest of the line with it: a jam on one machine leaves the others with nothing to run, so they go down too. It is really one event, but until now, you had to enter the same cause separately on every asset that stopped.
Cause sharing lets the assets on a line share a single cause for an event. Enter the reason once on the asset that stopped, then share it with the rest of the line, upstream or downstream, instead of recording the same event again and again.
