ioTORQ LEAN works by taking high resolution data from sensors installed on manufacturing lines, analyzing this data in real time, and reporting the results. The software is designed to be integrated with deployed tablets, which notify operators when product loss is occurring so they can address the issue. Reports and alerts are customizable, and are easy to interpret by anyone from an operator to a director.

Data Flow

Data in a typical deployment is fed from the manufacturing floor to the cloud for real time analysis, and the ioTORQ Lean OEE platform is accessible via web browser or dedicated tablet:
