See every asset on one shared timeline

The Facility Timeline, the page that shows what each asset has been doing over time, used to give you one small graph per asset, ten to a page, each with its own time labels. Comparing two assets meant scrolling back and forth and matching timestamps by eye.

Now every asset in the facility sits on one shared time axis, one row each, stacked down the page. Anything that happened at the same moment lines up vertically, so you can see all the assets at once and read across them without scrolling.

Open any facility and switch from Live to Timeline at the top of the page. Your choice is remembered, so you land back on Timeline next time.

Six states you can read at a glance

Colour is never the only clue. Every type of phase carries a fill pattern as well, so the timeline is easier to read and more accessible design . Solid means the asset was doing what it should; stripes mean something happened.

Downtimes missing a cause are flagged and counted

Every unplanned downtime should have a cause, or your reports mean nothing at the end of the week. Until now, nothing highlighted which ones were still missing a cause.

Any downtime with no cause recorded now shows in bright red with a question mark, and the bottom panel counts them. Click the bar to pick a cause right there no need to open the asset.

Hover over any bar for details

Hover over any asset's bar to see what it was doing, when that started, and either the recorded cause or the product that was running. You get it without leaving the overview or opening that asset's own Timeline.

Your assets, grouped by production line

Assets used to appear as a flat list, with nothing on screen telling you which ones belonged together. They are now grouped under their production line, so you see a heading like LINE C with that line's assets beneath it.

A line reads as a unit. You can watch a stoppage travel down it, or spot that only one asset is down while the rest of the line keeps running.

Not seeing your production lines yet? Contact support at [email protected] and we will set up the production lines for your facility.
