Attach photos and videos to downtime events
You can now capture and attach images when assigning a cause to a downtime event in ioTORQ LEAN! This feature helps teams document issues visually for better troubleshooting and analysis.
To add media for downtime events:
On the Cause modal.
Click the (icon) Camera icon to take a picture (mobile only) or upload one (web browser).
Preview and submit the cause.
These images will be attached to the corresponding phase and available for viewing on the Asset timeline page.
Equipment-Failure Breakdown in Maintenance Report
You can now expand any asset row to reveal every downtime cause—showing total duration, occurrences, MTBF and MTTR—so you spot recurring issues and prioritize fixes without leaving the report.
