If there are multiple consecutive phases that are related to the same asset and product, they can be merged into one phase line item.

The new phase line item will remove the selected events to be merged, and create one line item instead, with the start and end time being the earliest and latest date and time of the selected events to be merged.

To merge phases, click

and select line items that are to be merged, and click

. One of the following displays will pop up and will allow you to change the status, product, cause, and description. Once this is done, click

to merge the events.
