Click the timeline symbol on the asset dashboard to go into the asset timeline:
Overview
The asset timeline displays the entire history of an asset. The run phase, start and end times, duration, product, cause, and description are shown. To access an asset timeline, click the desired asset and click
. Alternatively, the event log page has a shortcut to access the asset timeline
.
The upper part of the page displays a graph which is divided into product runs, and then into phases (changes from running into downtimes, shutdowns or planned downtimes). as seen in the image below.
Below the graph a table can be seen with detailed information on the Product Runs and the phases during each.
Refresh
The asset timeline can be refreshed to provide the most up-to-date asset information. This can be done by clicking.
Quick justification of past downtimes
If a downtime event has not been justified, a
label will be shown in the timeline. You can directly click on this label so show the list of possible causes for the event. Select a cause from the list and use the save button to apply the changes.
Count /Quantity field
This allows for easy tracking of an Asset's production through different phases.
Count: Number of products passing through the sensor during the phase.
Quantity: Amount in metric units (LT, KG) accumulated during the phase.
Asset timeline graph
This graph offers a dynamic view of asset phases over the last 12 hours, enhancing your ability to identify key events quickly.
12-Hour Phase Visualization: View asset phases for the past 12 hours in an easy-to-understand timeline graph.
Product runs: The product that was ran during the duration of the phases below.
Hover for Details: Simply hover over any phase on the graph to access detailed information about that specific period.
Multimedia in downtime events
Users can add multimedia to a phase on LEAN to complement or substitute a description on a Phase.
To add media for downtime events:
On the Cause modal.
Click the (icon) Camera icon to take a picture (mobile only) or upload one (web browser).
Preview and submit the cause.
These images will be attached to the corresponding phase and available for viewing on the Asset timeline page, by clicking in the Media Icon:
