To see an overview of how the assets at a Facility are performing, click the Facilities button at the top of any page, then click the Facility you are interested in viewing.
The Facility Dashboard offers two complementary views of the same assets:
Live view: each asset's current status at a glance.
Timeline view: how statuses have evolved over the last 12 hours.
Use the Live / Timeline toggle at the top left of the dashboard to switch between them.
This page also provides access to other features on LEAN, such as the Reports, Events, and Settings pages. Note that some options may be inaccessible depending on your access level.
Clicking an Asset (in either view) will bring you to the overview page for that asset..
Live view: assets at a glance
The Live view displays every monitored asset as a card. Tiles are colour coded by the asset's current status, so you can scan the facility and immediately see what needs attention:
🟢 Green = Running
🟠 Orange = Switch
🔴 Red = Asset Down
⚪ Gray = Shutdown
Every card shows the same set of information so assets can be compared side by side:
Asset name
Current product being produced, or a short note describing the downtime cause (e.g. Motor Failure, Facility yearly repairs).
Status label, shown in capitals on the header (RUNNING, SWITCH, ASSET DOWN, SHUTDOWN).
Product count: total units produced for the current run.
Performance: percentage of target speed, with a colour coded bar (red for low, yellow for medium, green for high).
Availability: percentage of available production time, with a colour coded bar (red for low, yellow for medium, green for high).
Top bar controls
The controls along the top of the dashboard are available in both Live and Timeline views:
Filter By Group: limit the assets shown to a specific group at the facility.
Search: quickly find an asset by name.
Options: select between displaying information for:
Current Product
Current Shift
Today
Timeline view: asset phases over time
Switch the toggle to Timeline to replace the Live tiles with a horizontal timeline for each asset. Every row shows:
The asset's current status icon and name on the left.
The product currently being produced and its count on the right.
A colour coded bar showing the asset's phases across the selected time window:
🟢 Green = Running
🟠 Orange = Switch
🔴 Red = Downtime
⚪ Gray = Shutdown
Product labels above each phase, so you can see which product the asset was running during any segment.
Start and end times below the bar.
Hover your mouse on the graph to obtain additional information on the selected phase or product run.
