V1.85.0

This release introduces a new Timeline view on the Facility Dashboard that shows the last 12 hours of every asset at a glance, plus new area-based (m² / ft²) widgets and reports.

Know what happened overnight at a glance

Walking into a shift, you shouldn't need to click through every asset to know what happened in the last 12 hours. The new Timeline view on the Facility Dashboard puts every asset on one screen, side by side, making it easier to detect runs, switches, downtime, and shutdowns patterns without leaving the dashboard. Spot the line that stopped at 3 am, the SKU change that didn't land, or the asset that ran clean all night, in seconds.

You'll find the toggle at the top-left of the Facility Dashboard. From there:

  • Switch between Live and Timeline views with the new toggle.

  • Hover any segment to see status, product or SKU, start and end time, and duration. For product runs, the tooltip also shows units and quantity produced.

  • Click a timeline to open that asset's full Timeline page.

Track output in the units you actually use
If your line produces sheets, films, panels, fabrics, or anything measured by area, LEAN now tracks output in the units you actually use. Area joins weight and volume as a first-class unit of measure across LEAN, visible in the Production Quantity and Reject Quantity widgets on the Asset Dashboard and in the Overall KPI and Trends reports. No more converting square metres into kilograms to compare yield.
