A new product run should be started in ioTORQ Lean OEE whenever a manufacturing process (or "Asset") is starting on the line, or after a product changeover occurs.
To start a new product run, first choose the Asset the product will be running on from the facility overview page. Note that the process should be "Stopped" for a new product run to be properly started.
Select the Product to run
Next a product must be selected to run. To do this, click "Select a product to run" on the top left side of the page:
A list will pop up showing the products that the Asset is configured to produce. Select the Product that will be produced and click confirm.
Start the Product
The Asset overview page will appear with the Product selected and the option to select
to begin the process:
