There are multiple ways to navigate ioTORQ Lean OEE. Note that the options available will depend on your level of access to the software as defined by your user role.

A tree structure representation of your deployment can be viewed by selecting

on the top left of any screen. Selecting this icon displays the list of facilities and assets available to you in an expanded panel:

The selected facility can be changed by clicking the facility name at the top of this panel, which will then display all accessible assets for that facility. Clicking an asset will provide a real time view of the function and performance of the asset.

The panel can be hidden by clicking

again.

The available facilities and assets can also be stepped through by clicking

at the top of any screen:

Clicking the desired facility will also bring up a list of assets for that facility, which can then be selected to access the same real time view of the asset.

Clicking your username on the top right of any screen will provide a drop-down list of options. Clicking any of these options will bring you to a separate page:

The following options are available:

Profile: View your profile details and permissions. Note that some of these items may not be possible to change depending on your role.

Settings: View list of authorized users, and access site administrative settings if allowed.

Help: Allows you to send a help desk ticket to the ioTORQ Lean OEE support team. Alternatively, the support team can be reached at [email protected]

Logout: You will be logged out of the active session.
