To make sure you can capture and upload media seamlessly in ioTORQ LEAN, please follow these simple steps to verify that your device is properly set up with camera permissions enabled.

When you first try to upload any media file in the application, a permissions popup will be displayed asking you if you would like to grant Camera access. To start using the camera feature, please select "Allow".

If you are having trouble accessing the camera, unable to see the popup above, or have accidentally selected "Don’t Allow" in the popup, please refer to the instructions below on how to enable it via the device settings.

Step 1: Open Device Settings by tapping on the settings icon.

Step 2: Use the left sidebar search to look up ioTORQ LEAN. Here you will find all app-related device settings including Camera.

Step 3: Ensure that the toggle for Camera is enabled (the switch will turn green).

To use all camera features smoothly, please match your device’s settings with the example below.

Step 4: Return to the ioTORQ LEAN app, log in with your account, and start using the camera features.
