Transition to Intercom (Replacing Zendesk)

We’re upgrading our support experience by transitioning from Zendesk to Intercom. You’ll now find a modern, conversational support widget directly inside ioTORQ LEAN — making it easier to reach our team, search help articles, and get faster responses.

This switch also enables better multilingual support as we expand our services in new regions.

Updated Labels for Unjustified Downtime Events

We’ve improved how downtime events without a defined cause are displayed in loss reports. Instead of the previous generic “Other” categories, you’ll now see clearer, more descriptive labels: Missing Cause Minor Downtime, Missing Cause Major Downtime (Availability), and Missing Cause Major Downtime (Performance).
