Users can be added through the User Management page. To add a new user, click and the following display will appear. Note that the username is case sensitive.
Input information in all fields, and click once complete.
Report Default Start Time
Upon initial loading of the reports page, a desired time can be filled in as the default report generation time.
In the below example, the default start time is 07:00:00.

For date and time periods, there are two types of methods for how time selection can occur, Digital or Analog.
Digital:
Analog:
Grant access
Next, we choose the level of access this user account can have. Click to start editing these settings. The following display will pop up, which lists all facilities and assets in the current deployment:
Select the checkbox beside each asset you would like the user to have access to, or click "Grant All" to enable access to all assets on the list.
Enable Notifications
Once a user has been granted access to an asset, downtime notifications for that asset can be enabled for their account. This provides a pop up notification on the tablet whenever that particular asset is down, prompting the user to input a downtime cause.
To do this, click the to enable notifications for each asset of interest. When the notification selection is , it means the notification is enabled.
