Monitor asset performance in real time

The Assets for a Facility can be selected by clicking on the Asset of interest on the facility overview page.

Selecting an asset will show live production data for the asset split into widgets monitoring different metrics:

Selecting the Edit button on the asset's dashboard will allow you to add and delete Widgets; each will include a name and description for guidance. Some of the widgets you can find are:

Today Product Count: This widget displays the number of units that have passed through the sensor since midnight over the next 24 hours in the facility's time zone.

Current Shift Current Product Count: This widget displays the number of units that have passed through the sensor throughout the current running shift defined in the respective facility. For example, the total number of units that have passed during the current running morning shift.

Current Shift Current Product Quantity: This widget displays the total number of quantitative units (e.g., kgs, liters) produced during a current running shit defined for that respective facility.

Current Product Live Downtime: This widget displays the accumulated downtime of the current running production in seconds

Average Speed Last 60/1/5 Min: This widget displays the average speed of the products being passed through the sensor during the last 60 minutes or 1 minute, or 5 minutes respectively.

Yesterday Quality: This widget displays the overall accuracy of all the products manufactured or processed through the sensor over the last 24 hours.
