We’re thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the Changeover Report on the LEAN platform! This powerful new tool will help you dive deep into planned downtimes and product changeovers, giving you the insights you need to boost efficiency and streamline operations like never before.
The Changeover Report will allow user to arrange the content in three different views:
Product view
Understand how much time is spent switching between products during planned downtimes. You’ll be able to quickly spot which product changeovers take the longest and where improvements can be made.
Product Attributes view
Dive into how things like package, weight, or ingredient content affect changeover times. This view breaks it all down, so you can optimize based on specific product characteristics. Using this report requires setting up attributes see: Product Categories
Cause view
Not all downtime results from product changeovers. This view highlights the causes of planned downtimes—such as maintenance or cleaning—and helps you identify processes that could be made more efficient.

- Password rest has been added to the user profile.
