Benchmark Report

The Benchmarking Report is a powerful tool for comparing performance data across multiple facilities. It allows users to select specific groups of facilities and analyze key metrics such as OEE and its components (Performance, Availability, and Quality), as well as Uptime and Downtime. By leveraging this report, users can quickly identify trends, compare operations, and pinpoint opportunities for improvement across their organization.

You can find the Benchmarking Report under Reports > Benchmarking in ioTORQ LEAN. Select the date range and facilities you want to compare, and click Generate Report to get started.

OEE
You will find a bar graph comparing  OEE, Performance, Availability, and Quality across all selected facilities. This lets you quickly identify how sites are performing in relation to each other.

Downtime and Uptime
The second part of the report focuses on Operation breakdown, showing Running Time, Planned Downtime, and Unplanned Downtime in a bar graph. This will provide insights into how different sites manage their operational time and identify improvement opportunities.
