Review reject production and the specific defect that caused each rejection. Before using this report, it is important to set up quality defects. If this has not been done, please visit Quality Defects Overview, which will help you navigate the configuration process.
You can find the Quality report on the Report page as seen in the image below:
You can customize your results by selecting a Facility and a Start and end Date for the report; you also have the ability to select compare in case you would like to compare it with a different period.
Once the report has been generated, the report table view will be displayed:
1-Table/Graph toggle: This button can switch between a table view and a graph view for the report.
2- Quality Defect: This column displays the name of each Quality defect and can be expanded to display the number of times it has occurred for each asset or product depending on the grouping selected.
3- Rejected production: The number of rejects for each type of Quality defect.
4- No. Of quality events: The number of Quality events for each Defect. Note: Not all rejects belong to a Quality event. If rejects are produced but did not exceed the asset's acceptable reject percentage, then it will belong to the Others (excludes quality events) row.
5- Download file: The file can be downloaded in Excel or CSV.
The Toggle button will change the view into a graph view, arranging the defects from most common to least common. As seen in the graph bellow.
