Update Notifications permissions for iOS Devices
Apple recently changed how it manages push notifications for all apps, requiring additional permissions for LEAN users. Please click here for detailed instructions on configuring your device settings. Doing this will ensure you receive Downtime notifications on your iOS device.
Prevent planned downtimes from ending accidentally
During planned downtimes, operators interact with the assets for cleaning, maintenance, or changeovers, which sometimes accidentally triggers the sensor, starting a running phase. We have included an option for assets to remain in planned downtimes even if there is activity in front of the sensor.
How to use it
To set up a cause that ignores product counts:
- Go into the Facility Settings.
- Select Causes and then select Create or Edit a Cause.
- Finally, scroll to the bottom, select the "Ignore product count during changeover" option, and save it.
When a cause set to "Ignore product count during changeover" is selected through the Switch button, data recording will be paused until one of the following conditions is met:
- The unlock button at the top of the Dashboard is pressed.
- The planned downtime timer runs out.
Key Benefits:
- Flexibility: Allows operators to perform necessary interactions without entering a planned shutdown.
- Accurate Data: Ensures that we only record relevant data, improving the accuracy of your metrics.
