Clearing the app cache on a work device helps improve performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security. This process can resolve app glitches and crashes. In some cases, a corrupted cache can cause the app to malfunction or prevent it from launching.
1. Navigate to your iPad’s app list and tap the “Settings” gearbox.
2. Select “General” and then select “iPad Storage”.
3. Scroll down the list, then select the “ioTORQ LEAN” app.
4. Next, you’ll want to click on the “Offload App” button.
5. Select “Offload App”
6. Finally, turn the device off and turn it on again.
