Automatic reports are a convenient and efficient way to receive customized reports regularly. These reports will be automatically generated and delivered to your email based on your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly frequency. By eliminating the need to customize them, they will save you time and effort every time.
To create an Automatic Report, select the "Automatic reports" section at the bottom of the Reports page, as shown below:
Then select "Add a Report"
Configure an Automatic Report
A pop-up will display multiple fields which can be used to customize the report.
Select a Facility: on which you want the report, and choose from the available Facilities.
Type of Report: select from:

- KPI
- KPI Trends *
- Looses
- Data Entry*
* KPI Trends and Data Entry reports will also require an input report resolution; the selection includes: (hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly).
Date Range: this will define the length of time on the report, select one of the following:

- 24 hours
- Seven days
- Last month
Compare to previous period: compare the report to the last period of the same length.
File format: allows you to select the type of file for the report's data:

- CVS
- XLS
Select "CONTINUE" to customize the delivery of the reports.
How often should the report be generated?
Frequency: Select how often you will receive the report; daily, weekly, and monthly.
On Day: If you have chosen weekly reports, specify on which day of the week you would like to receive the report. For monthly reports, you can select on which day of the month it will be generated. Consider that the report will cover the last week or month from the day set.
Example: A weekly periodic report configured to run on Mondays at midnight will periodically generate a report that includes data from the previous seven days.
At this time: This field will set a time for generating the reports; select midnight on the local time to include full days.
In this timezone: You can select between the UTC and the Facility's local timezone. Consider that a daily report for a Facility in Vancouver generated at midnight in UTC would result in a report from 5 pm PST to 5 pm PST the next day because of the time difference.
Once all the fields have been filled, select "SAVE" to finish and begin receiving the report.
Edit Automatic Report
Select the "EDIT" button under the action column on the Automatic Reports page to edit an existing Automatic report. You can also Delete existing reports using the "DELETE" button.
